Community Access

Having a healthy relationship with your local community will shape who you are as an individual and contribute to your independence. We help to overcome any barriers to access in your community and find ways for you to integrate into society. For example, this could mean volunteering at a local organisation, joining a sports club or taking a class. Whatever your interests are, we’ll match you with community activities you will enjoy. It’s the perfect chance to meet like-minded people, work on your social skills, develop confidence and nurture your talents. Community activities like arts and crafts can also be very therapeutic and help you work on fine motor skills which can assist with certain disabilities.

Plan Management

Plan management is an NDIS support that helps you to put your plan to good use, making sure that your providers are paid on time and your budget is strategically utilised to give you the best outcomes. Having your own personal plan manager can help ease the administrative load with a transparent service that gives you flexibility, choice and control over your plan. Let our Plan Manager (who is also a qualified Accountant) take care of your NDIS budget and expenditure with monthly spending statements, prompt claims and accurate monthly reports. We bring professionalism and ease to NDIS plan management.

Support Coordination

Support coordination is a service that helps you navigate the NDIS and get the most out of your funding. Our experienced support coordinators work with you to understand your goals and needs, and help you access the right supports and services to meet those needs. We can assist with tasks such as finding appropriate service providers, helping you understand the details of your NDIS plan, and ensuring you are getting the most value from your funding. Our support coordinators will also monitor your progress and help you make any necessary adjustments to your plan so you can reach your goals and lead an independent, fulfilling life. We believe that everyone deserves personalised care and support, and we're here to help you get it.

Home Modifications

If your disability requires you to have special living conditions, you may need custom-built changes or home modifications to help make your daily life at home much easier and safer. The NDIS groups these into minor home modifications and complex home modifications, depending on the extent of building renovations and the costs involved. For example, you may need to have your doors widened to accommodate a wheelchair or you may need safety fittings installed in your shower. We coordinate with qualified and experienced service providers to get modifications made to the structure or layout of your house to make it more accessible for you. Our team will also liaise with landlords and property owners as well as occupational therapists to ensure that all modifications are within legal regulations and NDIS guidelines.
