At WeCare, we have a long history as part of the community in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. From our base in Fawkner, we serve the needs of those living with a disability, including the CALD community. Our entire team is extremely passionate about helping others. We have extensive experience in the health sector, with a friendly team that provides quality disability support services that are reliable, inclusive and help you live your best life.
Community Based
Our connections to the CALD community in the northern suburbs of Melbourne run deep. We partner with allied health providers, community programs, not-for-profits and others to ensure you're receiving the mix of supports that works best for your particular needs.
Personalised Support
There’s no such thing as one-size-fits-all when it comes to disability support. You know how to live your own best life, and we help you to do this. We put you first, with 1:1 support that ranges from an hour a day to 24 / 7 care for those with complex requirements.

Core Supports
We help you with those everyday tasks to make life more manageable, from eating healthy meals to personal hygiene and keeping the house clean.
Community Access
Eager to get more involved in your community? We’ll help you connect with groups and programs, find your talents and make friends.
Plan Management
We take the stress out of managing your plan and budget. Our Plan Manager (who is also a qualified Accountant) will manage your plan in accordance with NDIS guidelines.
Home Modifications
Need renovations or adjustments made to your home for greater accessibility? We manage both minor and major home modifications according to your Capital - Home Modifications budget.

Your rights, safety and wellbeing comes first. WeCare complies with the rules and regulations set out in the NDIS Code of Conduct, which protects participants against neglect, mistreatment and abuse. We value and respect the dignity of everyone we support, and firmly encourage self-determination, decision-making and freedom of expression.
